I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company to install hardware for a door. From the start, the owner Harley was unhelpful and uninformed - he told me I'd bought the wrong hardware. Not true. I confirmed this with the vendor and the manufacturer. Also, the spec sheet and template included with the hardware confirmed it was the correct hardware for the size of the door. He and his son Steve did not return phone calls and had the door for almost a month. When Steve finally got around to working on the door he messed it up saying sorry his "measurement was off." There was no apology and no consideration or compensation for the botched work.
