Excellent experience. We received a call when he was approaching our home. He was quiet and efficient. Gianni, after completing his work, gave me a verbal status update and offered to email me the photos that he took during the servicing of the units. He gave me some suggestions on how I should maintain the AC unit. Overall, I had a good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah Jenkins, and I must say she was remarkably competent throughout the entire process. She arrived on time, displayed a high level of professionalism, and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the service she provided. Central Heating and Cooling was scheduled to perform a maintenance / service call on my Central Air today. It is important to note that I was sent a text message the evening before my scheduled appointment, and then again the day of. I also got a call 15 minutes early from Shane the technician to inform me that he'd be at my house. On top of being punctual, he also was polite and courteous. I dont usually write reviews, but this one was different. Eddy was the technician who came out to fix my Air conditioner. I had called the company in the early morning hours and they came the same evening with an estimate. They explained to me what was causing the problem, what it did, and how the tech would replace it. He fixed it very quickly and with professionalism. It is the best AC I have ever had. They are the only company I will use.

Taylor, the technician was friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong in detail and the scenarios for replacing compressors versus buying a new unit.
