Highly recommend. These guys came out on a Sunday, walked through knee deep snow to get to our well. They kept us informed of what they were doing the entire time. Very knowledgeable and in my opinion, trustworthy.

Reached out to Ferris for a crash course on the do’s and don’ts of a well water and water softener system for a house I recently purchased. Had very little knowledge of the maintenance and mechanics of the system, never having had one. Chuck stopped out and gave me a much better understanding of everything/anything I might need to be aware of. Great guy!

Ferris Pumps put in a new well pump for us on 12/18/25. They were very responsive to our initial call for help in the morning, and very efficient; we had a new well pump installed by early afternoon. On Christmas morning, we woke to no water after our softener system had flushed. Chuck responded within 5 minutes of our call, and interrupted his holiday trip to come fix the problem, which turned out to be an electrical problem. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and we again had running water. They are personable, courteous, efficient, prepared and stand behind their work. We will continue to call them for well and water softener work. Highly recommend Chuck and crew!!

From the moment I called and spoke with his wife to the time the job was completely finished, the service was outstanding. She was kind, professional, and made sure everything was scheduled quickly. The team showed up extremely fast, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get my new well pump installed. I would highly recommend these people.

Ferris Pumps replaced our 20+ year old drilled well pump, pressure tank, gauges along with some of the plumbing lines. I emailed them about the work with photos and Chuck called me within a few hours. Professional, personable and excellent work. Recommend Chuck and crew to everyone.
