Fair parking rates and feels safe to park here. If you're trying to get to Javits Center or really just to NYC this is perfect. Spent the entire day in NYC and only paid $18 for the 12 hour rate. Would recommend parking here for the day trip to NYC.

Great place to park in order to take the ferry across to midtown

We parked here overnight when we took the ferry to NYC, and overall, it's a nice garage with an easy in/out process. My only critique is that the design of the garage is a bit unusual and seems to be triangular rather than rectangular, or at least it appears that way when your trying to park. I found multiple dead-ends and some very tight turns that may not be possible in oversized vehicles. My advice is if you're parking here and you're on a tight schedule to make the ferry, I'd leave early to give yourself a few more minutes to park in the garage.
