Free parking up to 30 minutes, than $6 for 2 hours, and so on. Fantastic NYC Skyline view from any floor on the garage, but obviously I recommend the roof. Can stress enough how wonderful the view is.

Noise Pollution and Unsafe Racing at Night If you’re considering parking here or living nearby, be aware that this garage turns into a nightly meeting spot for racing cars. The noise is unbearable, with loud engines revving and cars speeding around until late at night. It’s become a huge source of noise pollution, affecting the surrounding area and making it difficult to sleep or enjoy any peace. The garage seems unmonitored at night, which poses a safety concern as well. I strongly urge local authorities to address this issue before it escalates further. If you’re looking for a quiet and safe spot, I recommend looking elsewhere until this problem is resolved.

Parked my car here for an entire business day. Really easy automatic, ticketing, and payment system. Quiet and safe parking area. I’ve seen no issues with the safety and or reckless diving as mentioned in other reviews below.

Constant presence of fake muscle cars, revving engines, driving recklessly through the parking; unsupervised and a nuisance to the entire neighborhood. Cops show up (or are called) almost daily. You might find your car dented if you park it here.

It’s a scam, they don’t post hourly rates anywhere, the Ferry website gives a list of prices that don’t match what you will actually pay, and you’ll end up with a $40 flat fee… Make sure you try your best to not use this garage, or this whole ferry service anyways.
