FESCO arrived on-site without notifying anyone, including the front desk, which was the first red flag. Their technician briefly looked at the machine, seemed unsure of what to do, and left without providing any explanation, diagnosis, or follow-up. The equipment was still completely non-functional when they walked out. Despite performing no meaningful work and offering no communication, they attempted to bill us several hundred dollars. I ultimately repaired the issue myself. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for reliable service.

Terrible service, poor communication, expensive, and don't expect your machine to be fixed correctly the first time or in a timely manner. We had two mixers worked on and paid close to $3,000. One of the mixers was put back together wrong and couldn't be used till they came out and re-fixed it. Thankfully that was covered under their 30 day warranty. The second mixer had a small wobble in the spindle which we didn't pay much attention to until it started leaking oil. This is in the housing they had taken apart and reinstalled, an issue I might add that was NEVER a problem before they took it apart, however because this was 2 weeks outside of the 30 day warranty so we were charged another $550 for them to fix an issue that never should've been an issue. Edited Oct 2022: Once the Vice President was made aware of this situation, he surprised me and went above and beyond to make it right! I really appreciate him taking ownership of not getting back with me. I will use Fesco again. Although I will most likely take our equipment to them for repair. Original review: Beware, ask questions and ask what all you will be charged for BEFORE you even have them come out! Many added fees we were not aware of to start with. Was happy with the technician and they did get our mixer repaired. However communication is lacking. It cost us over $440 for a 15 minute job to replace a $38 part!! Nice staff that was helpful. They did not have my part in bit did order it and helped me find a temp solution to my problem
