Nick did a phenomenal job. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I asked him questions and he knew the answers very polite. Took care of everything that I asked and what was needed to be serviced. Great attitude great work ethic thank you very much. You have a great employee.

FH Furr is the worst HVAC company I have dealt with. The communication (lack there of) is awful. I have phoned FH Furr more times that I would have liked... I was finally able to reach a manager, and then the general manger. Both promised to return my calls and resolve the issue, that has not happened and it has been over 3 weeks. If you are looking for customer satisfaction and great results, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. - I agree with the other one star below. My experience has been the exact same. Terrible.

Kyle was on site quickly. He was friendly and professional. Located issue and fixed it. The office was very nice and did best to send Kyle out as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Today we had our annual HVAC Inspection and Trevor was the technician we were lucky to have today. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. We had lots of questions and I never felt rushed and Trevor took his time to explain things so I could understand and be an informed homeowner. After the inspection Trevor shared some items we should address right away and also put some maintenance items on our radar to take care of in the future. Excellent service and top notch customer service.

Water in our home was not draining properly. Dylan was courteous and arrived as scheduled. He pulled the toilet and ran an auger through the pipe and came back the next day with a camera to determine where the clog was located. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend F.H. Furr And Dylan. (2 trips to our home)
