We had an excellent experience with technician S. Richardson and would highly recommend his services. He provided a courtesy call prior to arrival and showed up exactly within the timeframe he stated, which I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, he was professional and respectful—introducing himself and covering his shoes to protect our floors, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. After removing the cover from the electrical panel, he immediately identified a serious issue unrelated to the original service call. He discovered a charred wire inside the panel that had the potential to cause a fire.
