Mark came back, and as always, did an amazing job! He is so thorough! Pre-treats all our spots and then takes his time trying to get them out! Couldn't be happier with how they turned out!! All it took was one conversation with Mark. I dropped off my carpets to have him, at his convenience, to clean and have him return them when he comes to clean my Wool wall to wall carpet. Mark makes every effort to accommodate a clients scheduling issues when they arise as they did with the renovation that is soon coming to a close. He confirmed type of carpet and under padding prior to cleaning and methodically saw to it that the carpet was totally gone over and in some areas more than once. I am very satisfied with his service!

Mark is very reliable. Always prompt and thorough. We have hired Fiber Brite for power washing, upholstery and rug cleaning and have never been disappointed. He even cleaned my resin Adirondack chairs without me asking! I would definitely recommend Fiber Brite.
