The cleaner arrived on time and was very personable. He explained what was realistic, and gave us tips on maining our sofa and chairs. He said to call if we had any problems. Very pleased with the results of our sofa and two dining room chairs.

FANTASTIC!!! They did an amazing job! I will definitely have them come back. Katie was so helpful with what was best for my rugs, carpet, and furniture. The two gentlemen who did the cleaning were delightful. They were fast and efficient. AND, they got ALL the stains came out!! I was amazed and so grateful. I can’t say enough good things!

I appreciate the professionalism of the technicians and the time they spent on the job. However, given the cost—nearly $1,600 for approximately 2.5 hours of work—I’m disappointed with the results. The carpets don’t appear noticeably cleaner than before the service, and in some areas, they actually look worse. I expected a more visible improvement, especially considering the price and the strong recommendation I received from a close friend. I understand that older carpets present challenges and that no service can guarantee perfection, but the outcome fell short of reasonable expectations.
