I would highly recommend Fiber Services. A friend suggested them after we purchased new couches and I found them to be incredibly professional and fair. We just got the treatments, so I can't speak to the effectiveness yet- but I can say the the customer service and execution was incredible. I especially appreciated the owner, Noku and DJ on their team.

Josh, the technician, was on time, extremely courteous, very knowledgable in his field and did an excellent job. l heard of Fiber Services through a local designer and I am so glad that I did. I would absolutely recommend them 1000x over and they will be my go-to provider going forward!

I had an appointment with them to clean the carpet on the first floor of my new house which I had just moved in to, and on the day I setup the appointment they told me they were going to call me once they were on the way to my house. They came in earlier than the agreed time, knocked on the door and left a note because I didn’t answer the door (I did not hear them knocking) and left my property without completing the service. I was home the whole time, my car was parked in the drive way and I even had a pest control person working on the outside area of my house. This could’ve all been avoided if they had given me a simple phone call to let me know that they were here and to ask me to open my door.
