Fiberglass Pool Guyz

We had a fantastic experience working with the Fiberglass pool guyz from start to finish. What really stood out was their communication and they kept us informed every step of the way and were always quick to answer our questions. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their team was professional, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure we felt confident and comfortable with each phase of the project. They set clear expectations and delivered on them. We always felt assured that we were in good hands. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool.

Fiberglass Pool Guys are amazing. Matt & Jim were here for most of the process of installing my new fiberglass pool. If they could not be here, they were just a phone call away. They are also still available since the installation of my pool for any questions or concerns that I have. Their crews are awesome. Very detailed, professional and knowledgeable. Ok so I really never write reviews for anything, but just because it's a big investment I thought I'd go ahead. To start off, I requested my pool back in September 2021 and it didn't get shipped out till mid April, of course there's no one to blame except for covid for delaying companies. Over all it was great experience with fiberglass pool guyz. They did say it would be ready within 21 days from pool being delivered but they didn't get done till maybe a month later due to delays of weather. Matt and Ricky were very helpful with all questions I had, even met the owner which he came out a couple of times, great guy(forgot his name). Only issue I had was maybe the fence they took down to work from the back, they said they would put it back up when finished which they did but took them a whi

Overall things started off okay. The original build started more or less on schedule, and the pool itself was put into the ground pretty quickly. The concrete decking was also done pretty quickly. It was when it came to the final details that we are still waiting, one year later. Honestly 90% of the job was done quickly, but the last 10% has taken about a year. They failed initial inspection due to some items I would think a pool contractor would know about. One was that the breaker they installed was not a GFI breaker. The second was also electrical - they had the power near the equipment put near the ground and the inspector was afraid it was too flimsily attached and likely to be kicked over.
