Jorge no longer works for FiberLux, his prep, knowledge and communication along with reviews being very important reasons why we chose this company in the first place. Our pool project was at a frustrating standstill with very little progress with our pit dug on 15-17 October then a long lag while they worked out the shipping of our pool shell, some permitting and personnel issues. While the experience started out great, it then slowed to a disappointing pace until the company took much needed actions to put us back on track and now as of 2 December are only waiting on inspection to pour concrete! Communications have gotten better and we can see the LED lights at the end of the tunnel. More to follow

Working with fiberlux pools to design and build my swimming pool was an excellent experience from start to finish. the design process, led by thomas, was simple and never felt rushed or pressured. thomas really understood what i wanted and made my dream backyard come true with the perfect pool layout. all the equipment used was top quality, with great warranties on both the pool and the equipment. my project manager, adam, was fantastic—he always kept me updated on every step and quickly answered any questions or concerns i had during construction. everything turned out just how i hoped. even long after the pool was finished, adam still responds quickly whenever i need help or advice. i would definitely recommend fiberlux pools to anyone wanting a new pool.

The pool builders finished creating my backyard paradise and did an excellent job. Later on, when I ran into a problem that kept me from fully enjoying my new pool, I contacted the company. The team quickly came out to my home and made sure the issue was taken care of. While they were here, they also noticed a few other small things and fixed those too. I really appreciated how thorough and responsive the crew was, and now I can enjoy my pool all summer long.
