Having a home built for the first time is an exciting and stressful journey. Dealing with all the subcontractors and their often sub par work and unreliability is the major cause of that stress. That being said, Thank God I was referred to Brandon and his team at Fidelis Excavation. These guys are the best!! From day one the communication and quality of work have been second to none. My wife and I hired Brandon at Fidelis Excavation and Grading to excavate a 300 foot long trench for waterlines and electricity conduit out on the Eastside of Bend where it's hit and miss on Lava rock. His knowledge of the area for digging was spot on. I appreciated him showing up every morning with a positive attitude even though he was going to be hammering rock all day (poor guy). Brandon was able to get the project done on time and on budget just like he said and he even installed the pipe and conduit. He left the job site clean and did a beautiful job on the backfill. His honesty, integrity and hard work ethic go along way for me. Quality matters to me and it does to Brandon and his crew too! They are thorough, skillful and meticulous while maneuvering large equipment. They impressed me with design elements I hadn’t thought of. This is a professional results oriented team who exceeded my expectations at a fair price. What an awesome company! Brandon came out to look at the barn project and was able to start the same week. I needed him to excavate an area where the barn would go. Everything was perfect from pricing to communication. Brandon came back and finished the last few details to make the place look great. He clearly takes pride in his work and it shows.
