Free for 1st hour. Most elevators are out of service. Pay to park machines on the 3rd level are out of order.

Nice parking! 12 dollars for 7 hours, so cheap compared to other options in Miami Beach. You have to walk around 10-15 mins to get to the beach.

BEWARE! 2 hours "free" parking applies only if you exit the garage before the 2 hours expire. If you exit after 2 hours they don't give you the discount for the first 2 hours. I spent a lot of money in Publix and Ross, but I was there for more than two hours (mostly because I spent half of this time in lines in both stores). At the exit they made me pay full price for 3 hours parking, instead of giving me the first two hours free, like Publix in Brickell or Trader Joe's do. I had all the receipts. Ridiculous! I was supposed to pay only for the 3rd hour, not for 3 full hours, because I'm a buyer there, not just parked and left. I know how this system works everywhere. This garage is a rip off. Parking is still good, but beware that 2 "free" hours are only if at the exit you can show a receipt from one of the shops at this location. So, do not forget to buy some cold drink or snack at the Publix and keep the receipt.

I love to park there just because the first 2 hours are free, so I never pay nothing ! It's convenient and free since I never stay more than 2 hours.... Between the Discount Department Stores, Ross and TJMaxx , Publix Supermarket and Total Wines, there is a lot you can do in a timely manner. They have elevators too, it's great, I love it !
