After the contract was signed and first half of check issued, it went straight downhill. They did not adhere to our scheduling request and randomly showed up on a day we were not prepared for the work to be done, when asked to adhere to the requested schedule, they refused. Very strange. This caused the surface to be damaged because people had to move their cars. Customer service, communication, and follow up was a complete disaster. This was one of the worst handled jobs that I have ever personally been associated with. Particularly the scheduling process and lack of coordination and blatant disrespect for the person trying to work with them. The quality of work was very hit or miss, some things were okay, other things looked like a five year old did it.
