I called because he was the closest to me. I had a stove that the oven wasn't working. He came to look. Replaced the outlet hoping that was the problem. Told me I had to replace the controller. It was the heat sensor. I fixed it with a $14 part opposed to a $200 part. Don't think I'll call him back for any appliance. 😞
