Final Grading & Landscaping

This is the first time I ever hired anyone to do gravel or dirt work, and I must say that I am pleased and relieved. Craig was receptive to what I wanted to do with my driveway as far as parking for several vehicles and given the topology, drainage issues and trees we came up with a great plan. We were in regular contact from inception thru the day of construction. And the whole thing only took about 6 hours! I can't stress enough what a pleasure it was to work with him and I know he will be my first call when I'm ready to re-surface my driveway. I have posted a before and after photo.

I wish there were a Craig Poole for every problem I faced. He fixed our steep, gravel driveway that for years had erosion problems. He checked in months later after large storms to make sure everything was holding up. I had vetting his plan and pricing by getting several quotes. He's excellent. He'll show with the right equipment and decades of experience. He clearly takes pride in his work and the value he brings.

Craig Poole helped us grade our backyard of almost an acre full of stumps, roots, and rocks while diverting water away from the house. He also gave us many advices and ideas on how we could landscape the area to achieve best results. He was transparent, thorough and importantly, very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. Craig will be our go to person for any grading and landscaping services from now on. Highly recommended!!

Craig Poole - My project was a very interesting one because the amount of water that would come off acres of my neighbors pasture and my driveway. The end result has worked prefect. Keeping the price down and leaving the area low maintenance and best choice. Craig took time on-site and analysis off heavy water flow pictures via video. Craig is very straightforward and honest. Craig Poole designed and graded a lawn area next to my driveway that was used for a parking into a beautiful crushed gravel parking area complete with berm (for plants) and drainage pipes. He moved a pile of dirt and put around my house to assist the grade so that rain water would stop going into the crawl space under my house. He repaired the piping from the downspouts of my gutters so the rain water runs away from the house. Craig is great and understanding. Wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied before accepting payment. Will use again and again and recommend him highly.
