They made the exception that all the others would not. They came out and fixed our riser during a major power outage. They made sure we understood what could be involved and what it could cost. They were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently to fix our issue that restored our power. We are very grateful and satisfied with the service.

I spoke to 2 different people 3 times regarding a meter that needed to be replaced. At first I was quoted $290 per hour since it was after hours. I decided to have the work done during regular hours at a more reasonable rate. When I called the following morning my name and number were taken, I was asked residential or commercial and told them residential. I was told I would receive a call back shortly. 4 hours later I called back just to be told Final Phase only performs residential work after hours. So much time wasted.

Had a pretty series electrical issue. Call final phase as they were the only people open. They weren't able to come to my house due to licensing but they walked me through how to get the issue fixed. 10/10 would recommend.
