Final Stepp Pest Control

I have been with Final Step for a year now and I completely love them! Everything is seamless with having my appointment scheduled and checking in to make sure I am not having any issues or missing appointments . A big reason I love them so much also is because of Gene ! He is so amazing and doesn’t miss a beat and makes sure to educate me on certain bugs and makes sure my house is sprayed throughly. He is so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to be around I always look forward to his visits he’s so positive and energetic! A true joy to be around ! I over paid for them to put metal sheets in four corners of my roof and take pictures of the rats in my attic. They came out Dec 16th to seal my attic and as of now (Jan 20) the rat traps are still empty but the game cam in my attic has photos of the rodents. Although the tech was friendly and showed up during the appointment window the rats are still alive and well and I have to hire someone else to deal with the problem. I do not recommend Final Stepp for rodent extermination.

They showed up on time, were super friendly, and actually explained what they were doing instead of just rushing through it. I have a brand new home and I still noticed a difference after their first visit. They also gave me a few tips to help keep things pest-free between visits, which I really appreciated.
