Not a very good experience I needed a 27x27 round graded area where the grade was only 3 inches off, for setting a pool. I was told to purchase the sand needed, and that the site would be graded smooth and packed tight, basically site ready for the pool. I purchased the sand, plenty of sand. This should have been no more than a 4 hr job, sent pictures of the area/ site to be graded, and given a quote of $400. There were no rocks, stumps, or debri in the soil, it was all clean. However, the company equipment broke down, which took 2 hrs, to get the part and fix the equipment, Then the end result was very dissatisfied. My site area was left un- smooth, bumpy, and rough with clumps of dirt around, and through out the site and my yard. I will need to hire someone else to complete the job, and
