Findlay Roofing (Athens)

I met with Findlay Roofing consultant Timothy Yandel today to discuss a roof replacement on my home. We had a great session and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He spent a great deal of time inspecting my roof inside and out. He provided pictures and evidence of projects that needed attention. He was polite, efficient and really knew his stuff. I was given a comprehensive brochure to assist me in the decision making process. Findlay trains their staff well!

I called Findlay Roofing to fix my leaking roof. Findlay’s representative, Tim, was extremely welcoming when he arrived. Tim broke roofing down in a way that anyone could understand - coming from someone who has no idea about roofing! I could feel that Tim was being extremely honest because he took the time to explain the severity of each leak. I was shocked he got in the attic! He provided real-life scenarios that helped me weigh the options of addressing the issue temporarily or ripping the band-aid off. I called 3 companies and Findlay came in priced right in the middle for a full replacement. The way Tim broke down roof warranties was eye openings. After meeting with the other companies first, I thought all companies provided a lifetime warranty. What’s funny is they told me Lifetime,

Roof crew was great. Main roof looks awesome. The "roll roofing" on the porch recommended by the sales rep does not match the main roof or look good at all. Happy with service but not final product.

Findlay Roofing installed this "new" roof on May 15th 2025. The roof is sinking in various places. Shingles are coming up. There are nails wedged between the gutter and the house (see pictures). Those are not the correct shingles. I have a signed contract that says they're not. Findlay Roofing has placed a lien on my home and threatened civil action because I have not paid. Honestly, would you pay for this?
