Wonderful service! My father ran out of fuel oil on Saturday and couldn't get a delivery from the company he normally uses until Thursday. I called Fine Design on Monday and spoke with Angela. She got a delivery to his house within just a few hours of me speaking with her. I will definitely be using them in the future for my own house when I need oil! I can't thank them enough for their help, especially Angela!

Great price, very friendly. Ran out of oil on a Saturday hours before a snow storm, they came right away! Every other company said they couldn't come, one charging $250 for 10 gallons emergency oil. Will be getting oil from Fine Fuel Design moving forward!

Always a pleasure to request a delivery through this family owned company, they are extremely prompt and helpful in every aspect that relates to heating. Prices are respectful compared to the market and delivery has always been immediate without fail. They have always made every attempt to make sure I was well equipped for the heating season. Unbelievably rude conversation with owners wife or mother in law. And its not the first time. Last experience brought me an apology from Bruce Sr. Telling me it was his mother. I simply asked when they could come to deliver. I called 7 pm on Friday evening. Her answer was I don't know could be Monday could be Wednesday. Strike 1 I asked because my pilot will need to be lit and we are put of fuel. She said she did not want to stop her guys to come in and light the pilot light during there delivery run. That I could look on you tube. She was incredibly rude. Strike 2 She literally just called back to argue with me that she was not rude. Strike 3 That her whole family heard the first call on speaker phone. I am 100% she is very drunk. No body calls back a customer to argue after a call for oi
