Ashot and his employees did an outstanding job cleaning the rug we bought many years ago in Turkey. They did it by hand to keep the colors from bleeding and I was thrilled to see how vibrant the colors, especially the blues and reds, are now. The design and colors in the rug look like it did when it was new. Ashot is a pleasure to work with, explained how they would clean it and the price was very reasonable. I will be taking another rug to him soon.

Hand washing has been excellent at a very reasonable price. Prices are the best you'll find for the quality of the carpet. He is very knowledgeable and has done estate appraisals for us. Ashot is phenomenal! We called him after our friend's dog ate a chunk of our Afghani hand woven rug and he had us come by the next day to take a look at the damage. He was able to advise us on the best way to repair it, gave us information about the history of the rug, and some great tips on care and maintenance. He is incredibly knowledgable and has a gorgeous inventory of rugs that he sells as well. We had our rug back fully repaired and thoroughly vacuumed in only 4 days! Beyond his impeccable work he was incredibly kind and clearly communicated everything to us along the way. We can't recommend him enough! We'll absolutely use him again when we're ready to purchase a new rug, pad, cleaning, or if we need any future repairs!

I inherited several Persian rugs that my parents purchased in Iran back in the 1970s. My mother was pretty insistent on keeping them in great shape, but we have always used them as normal rugs in the house. I figured it was finally time to get the main rug cleaned and repaired. The fringe was starting to unravel and needed to get fixed. Also, having cats and pugs brought a lot of dirt and stuff into the house. Picked up the rug today and it is absolutely beautiful. The new fringe will last for another 50+ years! Will post pics once I roll it out and get some. I will certainly be bringing in the Persian Twin rugs that I have for a cleaning soon!
