Finely Finished Windows, Doors and More

From the beginning, Kerri and Chad were very responsive and friendly. Chad communicates very well throughout the process. Chad visited our home and gave us a free and fair estimate to repair/replace our threshold for our french door. On the date of the installation, he notified me when he was on his way and he arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment. He and his helper completed the job quickly. His work is very professional and clean.

This company is amazing, and is correctly named "Finely Finished". Kerri in the office assisted me prior to the installation date with making sure that I had everything correctly ordered with Door, Hardware, Color & Touch-up kit, to the Locks and Handles. Chad that showed up on time and ready to remove the old door and jam. I had a security door installed and prior to Chad starting he spent time with me noting the changes that will be taking place upon the re-installation of the security door as it would have to be installed a little different as I was getting a new solid wood threshold. The installation is solid, clean, and has a very clean finish look to it. Finely Finished did an excellent job repairing many doors I had and were very easy to communicate with, and prompt. I have a business that is in an old building, and many doors needed to be corrected from overall use and time. Chad came in and was nice to work with, and was able to fix some pretty complicated issues either with doors jamming or not closing properly. He also listened to my unique needs and was able to help get a manufacturer to make a special order double thumb turn lock for several of my doors. He also installed a new door and window in which he cut into a wall, one side having a mural. His work was precise and he did minimal alterations to the mural, and everyone remarked on how clean the work was.

Great company, hire them! They installed the kitchen door (it’s a door with a window and installed the doggy door too) about 5 years ago. I can’t remember why anymore but they had to come back for some reason at that time which was super fast, no pushing you 2 weeks later etc. Fast forward, 5 years later, the glass part looked really funky with some spots and lines, and I sent an email with the picture of it to Kerri. She responded immediately that they would look into it. I forgot about it for about the week and thought that these guy will need to be chased as every company now if you need the follow up fix. Everything about Finely was excellent, from the inspection-quote process all the way through to the installation. The longer I've owned a home the more I've realized that only 2 things matter when it comes to home renovations: communication with your vendor and quality of work. Finely had both of those. I was incredibly impressed with their skill at installation, my house had several quirks and curveballs that Finely had to figure out, but they made no excuses, figured out how to properly install the windows, and absolutely did a beautiful job.
