WOW! What a great experience from start to finish. I easily set up an appointment via email correspondence (which is so convenient as a work from home mom). Jeff Wheatley was communicative, professional and efficient. Our carpets look brand new! As a dog owner we will definitely be getting our couch cleaned by him next!

I was very pleased! Especially since the furniture store had no recommendation on how to get this upholstery cleaned. Another company tried and couldn’t make any headway. Finess was honest, helpful, and effective. We had a carpet runner (with pet soil) and sectional couch with performance fabric cleaned.
