Finest 1 Painting was recommended to us from a neighbor after complaining about not being able to find a reasonable and responsible contractor to complete our patio extension. Rubens quote was EXTREMELY fair, other bids we got were thousands more and/or we had to do some of the pre-work ourself. On top of fair pricing, the quality of work and COMMUNICATION was top notch. Our quote got delivered that night, beating his promise to provide it first this in the morning. Signing the contract was easy and while he was very transparent about his current work timeline, he worked some magic for us and was able to start the project the next day! Ruben and his crew were amazing. They re-did our French Drainage system in our backyard and listened to our concerns to find the best solution for placement. We have some cracks in our foundation that were leaking consistently when it rained, now there is very minimal leaking (only REALLY bad storms, whereas it was the lightest rain before) and never any puddling in our backyard. We needed some fencing moved for the project but they reinstalled everything back in place so you’d never even know, then they even leveled and seeded the yard after the project was complete. His communication was awesome throughout the whole project, highly recommend!

Finest 1 Painting L.L.C. went above and beyond. Their meticulous work made it possible for me to rehang my temporary paper shades ( having a great deal of work done therefore,the paper shades). They showed up on time,went straight to work, and gave me updates on their progress and what to expect upon their return. They are reliable and your house will look astonishing. .
