The team at Finishing Touches is next level. The communication, the efficiency of the work being done, and the finished product blew me away. I recently purchased a home that was built in 1911 and needed a mix of both refinishing and new hardwood installation. Their attention to detail and regard for the history of my home was evident from start to finish. The restoration of the original pine floors in the living and dining have completely transformed the space; not to mention, they did a beautiful job laying all new white-oak in my kitchen as well. The owner assigned 2 experienced floor installers and refinishers to my home. They did a very thorough and professional job in 5 1/2 days, as promised. Below are a series of before (carpeted), during install, sanding, staining and polyeuathane (3 coats). The finished white oak floors with “special walnut” stain are all we hoped for. This is the second time I’ve used Finishing Touches, and I highly recommend them. The price-value is exceptional.
