Finmark Carpet One Floor & Home

We absolutely loved our experience with Finmark Carpet One Floor & Home. We dealt with Steve, John and Gary who were all very helpful throughout the process of picking out our carpet and setting up installation. The installers were fantastic and we have had our new carpet since May and were very happy with the entire process, the customer service and the quality of carpet!

I had a very disappointing experience with a installer referred to me by Finmark Flooring. I called Finmark because I needed a few pieces of my kitchen floor repaired. They referred me to someone named Benjamin, he was referred by Simon. Benjamin came to my home while I wasn’t there (my mom was present), and he replaced about 3 pieces of flooring. However, without my permission and while I was not home, he took all 5 boxes of flooring material that I had stored in my garage. This was not discussed, authorized, or necessary for the small job he completed. I find this completely unprofessional and dishonest. Taking materials without permission is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of integrity. I reached out to Finmark because I thought I could trust their referrals, but unfortunately,

In June, we had our main bedroom's carpet and padding professionally removed and replaced with new carpet and padding. We are pleased with the quality of the purchase and the installation process.

Recently, we had Finmark replace the flooring in our entry way, dining room, family room, kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Our designer, Steve, was great, We discussed all the options and settled on a very nice vinyl product. This is not your grandfathers vinyl. The product comes in wood like planks and looks great. The installers, Adan and his 2 brothers are the best I've ever seen. They arrived at the same time every day, Worked all day, moved whatever needed to be moved, cleaned up every day and did a beautiful job, including custom looking baseboards. This is the second floor Finmark has done for us in the past 20 years. I recommend them highly and will use them again. They are a gem in the valley!
