We’ve been using Fintastic Pool Service for weekly pool service and it’s been a great experience. Our pool always looks clean and everything just works like it should. It’s a huge relief not having to worry about it every week. I used to hate taking care of my pool They’re dependable, show up when they say they will and let us know if anything needs attention. Brandon came out and cleaned my pond and installed a new pump. This was my first experience having someone tackle this job. I was thrilled with the results and feel confident that anyone using this company's service will be glad they did. The price was reasonable and the service great!

Technician came out for a diagnostic and because he was unable to identify root cause, claimed that the pump was burnt out and needed replacement without actually identifying the real issue. Quoted $2793.00 Had a second opinion provided the following morning. The true issue had nothing remotely close to do with the pump. Issue was flow sensor and ignition switch on the heater. Pump is fully operational and pool is running while the parts are being ordered for the repair. Very affordable fix. If I would have trusted this company, the issue would have not been resolved, I’d be almost 3k in the hole. Fintastic Pool Service should be avoided at all costs, their quotes are fraudulent and lazy. Save yourself the time and hassle of having this team come to your home. Literally call anyon

DO NOT ALLOW THEM AROUND YOUR POOL! Hired to clean and maintain a pool in Scottsdale. Not problem one with this pool for 2 years. After 3 weeks the calcium level was so high. The pool had to be drained. Twice, They flip the valves around so the spa drained. The spa was left with no water in it for one week. THEY WERE CONTACTED BOTH BY THE TENANT AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They stated they were expeditious with what they did. Their employee did malicious destruction on the pebbletech spa. Also, after 3 weeks pictures were taken of a dirty pool. When brought to their attention Brandon, their office manager took offense because they weren't doing their job and ran away. They were fired immediately. Zane has been taking care of our pool every week, and he’s been awesome. The pool is always sparkling clean, chemicals are balanced, and the equipment runs smooth. He shows up on time, takes the time to explain what he’s doing, and you can tell he really knows his stuff.
