Fire and Ice Mechanical

I had traveled with my family to our family ranch for new years. Walking into the house I knew something was wrong as the house was 37 degrees. I called and Alex answered the phone. On New Year’s Eve he helped me diagnose my problem and work a good temp fix. He found the parts for me to get the job done right and set them aside. Couldn’t be more greatful to have heat in such a remote place thanks to these guys.

These guys are incredible. They've helped us out 3 different times & our experience has been that their only goal is to do a fantastic job, do it right the first time, and do it so well you never need to call them again. They employed a very simple fix to our furnace after another company told us we needed a new one - the furnace has run like a champ ever since. They hung out when they came to fix our water heater while my father-in-law ran to Alliance to get a part the guy didn't carry with him...and he didn't charge us a dime for the wait. Finally, when our water heater finally died completely, they explained what an expensive pain in the butt it was gonna be to have them come take it out, replace it & install the new one. So I asked if I could take it out & they encouraged me to do so

Smitty and his team are top notch. We are over in Gordon and had 2 furnaces we needed replaced. His guys came over and got them both done in 2 days and did a killer job. While they were here we had a furnace in a rental go down AND a furnace in our primary home go down. They jumped right over to those for us and got them fixed the same day. In a matter of 2 days they got all this stuff done all while being super professional. 10/10 would recommend and will use again. Thanks fellas!

Came out the day after I called. Found problem, ordered parts, dealt with the warranty from the company and installed as soon as parts were delivered. Exactly the kind of experience you hope for.
