Fire and Ice is honestly one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Chris and crew are the nicest guys, very responsive and do quality work. From the very first request for a quote through the acceptance and my many, many questions and clarifications, Chris was very prompt, thorough and friendly in communications. We went with a high end Bryant heat pump furnace with zoning, an ERV, and 2 Evolution mini splits for the loft bedrooms, all of which required some unique engineering to make work in the space. Chris made it all work without issue and our uniquely laid out cabin now has a much improved and balanced air quality. The prices are in-line with other companies in the greater Eau Claire area, but the service you get here is sure to be superior. Highly recommend Fire and Ice!

Chris was the only professional who was able to tell what was wrong and fix it. Another pro diagnosed the right part but called it bust and went off in search of a new one never to return. Chris looked, found the problem part, looked to see if clean and found it plugged. He whipped out tools and cleaned it! Our antique wall heater now works! He was also friendly, tolerant of the kitten trying to 'help', and gave good advice for maintenence. We are so relieved! Thanks guys
