I am most impressed by the personal touch. I have never had an HVAC company be so connected to my comfort. They are extremely knowledgeable and informative (in language I can understand) I never felt pressured, just educated on my options. I will actively refer them, I am that confident that they will treat everyone the same.

This is no longer the same Fire and Ice from before. The local guy that owned it retired and sold it to another company that sold out to a nationwide company. They are now rip offs. They are very high priced compared to others and if your wife happens to be dealing with them, they will talk down to her and try to rip you off. Go elsewhere.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Installed a brand new unit and magically a year later can’t find any information pertaining to my service. Nothing but issues since it was installed. Also chose to berate me when they didn’t think I was on the phone anymore and would hang up when I called back repeatedly. Do not ever do service with them

I had a new system installed November 2019 waited til I got to run the ac to review. The guys were great and I love my system.

Worst people I've done business with rude and shady. Don't use them
