Firehouse Fuels

I highly recommend Firehouse Fuels. I called them for a propane delivery after being unhappy with my previous supplier. They came and filled the tank the next day and their price was almost $1 per gallon LESS than AllGas. The woman who took my call was courteous and professional. The experience was very satisfying and Firehouse Fuels is now my preferred propane supplier.

Best darn oil company I have ever had. I have never run out of oil, never have to request service and everyone is so pleasant and easy to deal with. I’m a customer for life and they have very competitive pricing! Well worth switching your current oil provider to Firehouse for sure!

Whenever I post a review, I try to be very positive …businesses need this to survive. That being said… I was there the moment they started it.and I have stayed with them all these years. I watch them expand and improve. Loyalty is a two-way street and at this point I have no plans of looking anywhere else for the type of service. I’m getting now. The staff gives you excellent service. The technicians are first class Bob I’ve known for many years who is always there to help and advise folks this is really a no brainer. This is the company you want to meet all your needs in heating ,cooling ,service and installation

The team from Firehouse Fuels has always been there for us since we moved to CT. We were new to oil-based heating, being from a place where natural gas is abundant, and Firehouse has helped us at every oil emergency. Whether it was the boiler breaking in the dead of winter, or an emergency oil delivery, their incredible staff came through time and time again. Their crew is professional, sympathetic, and helpful from the customer service answering the phone, to the guys who show up in a ft of snow to get us our oil, and of course their efficient service dept who always gets the job done!

Our furnace went out on a 3 degree night. The service manager was polite, kind and most helpful. The service men who came later were friendly and efficient and made sure everything was in working order. We were warm again!
