Hero! Both as a public servant, and a professional licensed plumber. I was in dire need of a plumber to save me from what could have been a disaster with my clogged drain. Mr. Rios was the man. Very professional, timely, and trustworthy. He was prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions. He came out to diagnose the issue with my drain, fixed it, and educated me on proper maintenance to prevent future problems. All without costing an arm and a leg. His price was very reasonable and more than justified for the level of quality and professionalism I received. I would highly recommend Mr. Rios and Firehouse Plumbing LLC to any of my friend and family.

Firehouse Plumbing came to install our Aquasana filtration system and did a great job! They were quick, efficient, and cost much, much less than other plumbing companies quoted us. The best part, was that they were honest. Another company was telling us they were going to have to do about $2500 worth of work, and we spent much, much less with Firehouse. We're so glad they were one of the certified installers, and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. We'll have them back out to do another little project for us, soon!

Firehouse Plumbing failed to show up for a scheduled 9am appt Monday 11-11-24. I called company at 9:20 am to see if they were coming. The representative said 'let me see where he is at". I then waited for a call back. This company was a no show and didn't bother to explain and reschedule. They obviously didn't need my business. I called Little John Plumbing of Venus Texas. He was spot on with professionalism. Firehouse Plumbing gets one star from me! I had to give them a star to post this. Otherwise, they would have gotten NONE!
