I chose FireMaster after visiting the other fireplace store down the street. FireMaster was very nice and helpful and saved us a lot of money. Steve was our salesman. Once we decided on the fireplace, Don came out to our house and showed us how to prepare the framing. Once we scheduled our install, Don came out with two other installers and they did a great job.

We bought a pool in the beginning of July. They came and installed it last Thursday. They were very helpful and informative through the whole process. Would definitely recommend this company.

Courteous and professional. The team was prompt, discussed what their procedure was, and then quickly began. Gas log fireplace was cleaned, evaluated, and tested prior to completion. The area was cleaned and all questions answered. The only thing was my request for a follow up regarding a more secure cover for the opening. I would recommend Fire Master.

We ordered a pool about 3-4 weeks ago. Steve was very informative and answered all questions. The pool was installed today. The workers did a great job. They were nice and got the job done quickly. Our liner ended up having a tear in it, so I contacted firemaster. They sent the guys right back out to take care of this and replaced the liner today. We are very happy with choosing firemaster.

Great product And service ... the vent free log is out most efficient way of heating. Our big family room is 84 when our thermostat is set at 67. Line everyone around here our utility bills are high... but ours comparable not as high ... and our family room is 84. You get what you pay for !
