We recently had the pleasure of working with Fireplace & Chimney Professionals to convert our propane fireplace into a wood-burning one, along with adding beautiful surrounding stonework. Their entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and communicative throughout the process. They also worked seamlessly with other contractors on-site who were handling framing and electrical work. We really appreciated their attention to detail and the pride they took in bringing our vision to life. We're absolutely thrilled with the final result - it’s now the centerpiece of our living room and has completely transformed the space. Highly recommend!

We were extremely pleased at how clean the glass and logs now look and they did a refresh on the embers. They installed this unit eight years ago. The technician Dan was wonderful. He serviced our gas fireplace a few weeks ago, but we were still having issues with it, so he came back today, and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes.
