Firpo-Heritage Moving Systems

I was extremely happy with this moving company during a very stressful long distance move from PA to IN! Exceptional skills, integrity and professionalism! The owners, were hands on and oversaw everything from start to finish, ensuring that my belongings arrived safely and in good condition. Zach and his crew packed the semi expertly. Paul dove it 674 miles and supervised the crew unloading! Everyone was friendly, respectful and efficient. This was my 2nd experience with Firpo-Heritage and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Let me start with a warning that Firpo-Heritage will hide behind their lawyer, your deductable and your option to pack the items you will only trust to yourself. We paid them to move a house, home shop and some light farm equipment from Ar to De. We tried to be "Team Players" and absorbed a torn out stair tread on the move out, damage to a dining room hutch, a kitchen chair, a roll top desk, a bent frame on a welder, an e-bike and two cabinets that were so damaged that none of the eight drawers would open.That was before we found the damaged milling machine which is the only item we are looking for some level of compensation on--the green item in the photos.Todays replacement cost is approx. $3000.00 and the damage is non repairable. I have used Firpo Heritage twice. They are AWESOME! Zach is so kind and helpful and really made the whole move so much less stressful. Both times the movers were GREAT! They did a wonderful job! Everything was wrapped and not one bit of damage. The last move was 3 days after the huge snow storm in January and they were so wonderful. It was SO cold and they had to go up 2 flights of stairs! Not one complaint and so nice. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them 100%!

If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. They moved my dad‘s precious cargo yesterday. For the last 20 years, dad has been carving carousel animals. They were his babies as well as my babies. I knew about every piece of wood, when the eyes didn’t quite match up and all the fun and difficulties he had making them. So when it came time to sell them and move them, I was petrified. Firpo heritage moving and storage was recommended to me by an antique dealer. Paul and I had one conversation and I never looked for a second opinion. He was incredibly easy to work with, and Zack made it very easy to schedule. Chris, Joe and Khari packed these carousel animals into their truck as if they were their own. I moved out of a 4 bedroom house to an apt. This move was with another mover. They packed for me also since my husband and I are disabled. So there was still a lot of furniture left. My next move was with Firpo. This move was taking what I had picked for my retirement home. They came and gave me a price for an interstate move. All a go and we signed the contract. They took apart a metal bunkbed frame and reassembled at the new location. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and shrink wrap. The move was perfect. But I do want to say it was a week after our first big snow storm. The property had not been shoveled and has a stone base driveway. They went across the snow to the garage with the truck.
