Customer service is little to none at this location came in trying to figure out if I had a white oak flooring sample or red. The gentleman at the front desk had a little to zero interest in helping me determining what sample I had he offered me to buy a test kit, which I did But then he had zero a little interest in helping me even operate the test when I tell you zero interest I mean zero interest he sold it to me. I stood up by the desk for a little bit to try to figure out how to even use the test kit, and he sat there and complete silence. When I decided I couldn’t figure it out. I started to walk out the door he says have a good day. I normally go to a hardwood supplier in Norcross that helps me out with everything that I need They normally help me out. I called the store at 3.47 pm Friday and asked that my eta is 3.55 pm is it okay to come he said yes and I was in need of solid wood for my stairs since I am not a contractor I was not able to answer all of his questions but I was having all the dimensions pic and the tread I was using on my stairs I just wanted wood for my landing. I asked him can he talk to my contractor he said yes I called my contractor unfortunately he didn’t answered but in the mean while he asked me a question that I was not aware of and I said I don’t know this Then suddenly he threw the bundle of wood he was holding in hand that I was walking towards the register to buy And then he started yelling at me saying that the contractor I hired is an idiot and I am wasting his time I don’t know anything and lot more .
