Horrible service, the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I do not recommend it. Fortunately, someone called me, his name is Dani, asking for an apology and that on my next visit he guaranteed me better service and that call tells me a lot, so I hope that next time it will be different.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Carlos at Atlanta Flooring. He patiently assisted us with making our selection and made the ordering process seamless. When the hardwood was delivered we discovered a defect in some of the wood. We reached to Carlos and not only did he arrange to have the defected wood replaced immediately but he followed up with us after the delivery to ensure we were completely satisfied.
