My husband and I hired First Avenue Homes to build an addition on our historic home in downtown Snohomish. It was a unique project and we had a very specific vision for what how we wanted our build (keeping historic and not too modern) but Cliff, Sarah, and their team were up for the challenge! Cliff and Sarah worked with us every step of the way, partnering with us to find solutions when challenges came our way. They ultimately brought our vision to life and now we have our dream home! We are thrilled with the finished project, quality of craftsmanship, and the communication along the way. Clifford was very communicative and kind as we prepared for our bathroom, laundry and kitchen remodel. He guided us through the planning with expert recommendations and explained what each choice would be cost-wise. He was clear about scheduling and we were surprised how quickly he got to our project — in what we know is an industry stretched thin due to high demand. Clifford and his guys showed up early every morning and stayed until the end of the day. And they stayed on our project until the entire project was complete. Cliff and his team have done great work on a couple of projects for us! They remodeled a backyard shed into a home office, added stairs to our unfinished attic, and then finished out the attic.
