First call appliance repair

Elves went above and beyond to get our whirlpool refrigerator fixed. We explained how it wasn’t holding temperature and it was frozen behind the deli drawer. He ordered the part which took 2-3 days.It arrived in 2 days and he called immediately and came that same day to put in. Elves is extremely knowledgeable about refrigerators. He was very polite and informative about what he was doing. It works like a charm now. I would absolutely call Elves again for his excellent service and promptness.
