First Call Restoration was absolutely incredible to work with. After a tree fell on our garage, they took all of the guesswork out of dealing with the insurance claim. Filing a claim for the first time, especially for a large loss, was completely new and overwhelming to me, but they made the entire process clear, smooth, and stress free. They worked directly with our insurance adjuster, handled every detail, kept the project within budget, and addressed any surprises quickly and professionally. First Call came highly recommended to me through a source I was confident in being trustworthy. Their technicians, Jose and Kenneth, were very professional, and we had a discussion of how they would proceed with two big dogs and four cats in the house. I work from home, so I was able to continue working while they cleaned the ducts. The technicians kept me informed of their progress and even showed me before and after pictures. The ducts looked new again. When the team completed their work, Jose set the thermostat at 70 degrees. Within 30 minutes, the warmth was evident, and I felt like I could breathe easier. The air felt clean. The temperature did not need to be adjusted from 70 degrees, which will ultimately reduce my power bill, and this house will be more energy efficient.

First Call did a great job with our crawlspace encapsulation. The workers stayed on schedule and were good to deal with. They suggested things during the sales process that I could do myself to keep the cost down, which was very helpful. Cost ended up being about half of the quote from one of the big basement companies that does a lot of advertising.

First Call Cleaning & Restoration did an awesome job cleaning our duct work. We had several vents that needed sealing, a line that needed installing as none existed and one replaced. The guys were very neat, efficient, and friendly through the whole process. They were very diligent at getting the work done within a timely manner and competently. We appreciated how communicative they were during the process and all the photos provided after the service.
