First Chance Pool Service

I have never had a pool before. In reading the reviews, I called First Chance. He does an excellent job. He is always there when I've had concerns, including once when some small metal pieces got into the bottom of my pool through the cover, and he completely got rid of the stains. He always responds right away. It has made this process of owning my first pool so much easier. I can recommend the service wholeheartedly!

We have had such great regular maintenance on our pool and hot tub through First Chance Pool Service, but our recent issue was just beyond amazing. Our hot tub was struggling to heat up. We texted and had almost an immediate response. Chance was able to come assess the problem and had our repair completed the same day! It was so wonderful to be able to enjoy the hot tub again so quickly. We really appreciate the prompt and quality service we received, and we HIGHLY recommend First Chance Pool Service.

Chance and the team are the best! They are quick to respond to anything I need. Just this week, I was having an issue with a sensor on the pool heater as well as some accent lights that were out. Chance was here in 15 minutes to address the issues. I really could not be happier with the service that I get. Is six stars possible!? Thank you, thank you!!

The workman came right on time as scheduled, were very polite and friendly, and got to the business at hand. Very pleased with the service and price. Would call again if I wasn’t moving!
