Called this business after detecting a burning smell from our dryer. Carol was the technician that responded. She called prior to arriving the day of the appointment. She took apart our dryer pieces by piece and thoroughly cleaned the burnt lint. She reassembled everything and everything seams to be working properly.

Wow, I can’t believe how amazing they were. Showed up on time and fixed our complicated Viking stove that several other repair companies had tried and failed to. Turns out it was a quick fix, she was patient and thorough and explained what she was doing. We were so frustrated we were ready to replace the stove so Carrol saved us thousands. Would t hesitate to use her or recommend her to anyone else.

I can’t even begin to praise Carrol enough. I called with a dryer that decided to quit on me. She was able to look at it the next day. She predicted what would be wrong with it before she even opened it up. She was right. I also needed a couple new parts. She had one on hand but the others I had to order. She directed me where to find the cheapest parts. When they came in, she showed up and finished the job. She even helped me clean out my dryer vent (something I should have done long before). She’s been doing appliance repair since the 90’s and just talking to her she clearly understands systems and components. She doesn’t just replace various parts and see if that’ll fix the problem. Amazing! I called and they answered - no online form needed / We scheduled the repair in one phone call for the next day / She showed up on time, and it's obvious she knows what she's doing. She totally handled the repair, which the manufacturer and the installers said could not be done and I needed a new fridge. This one was 3 months old and had never worked right. This company is great and if they say they can fix it, it will happen. Smart, courteous, skilled and experienced... and friendly and fun!

I am new to the area. The LG washer that came with the house flooded our laundry room and kitchen. The door opened on its own and water went everywhere. I found Sandpoint Alliances Repair on line through reviews. I called them on Monday expecting the wait time to be long before they could get out. To my surprise they scheduled me that day. Carrol came out and was FANTASTIC!!! She figured out the problem quickly and efficiently went to work. The washer is working great. I can’t tell you how great it is to have found a place that cares about their customers! Carrol followed up with a phone call asking if all was still going well.
