First Choice Heating & Air

After two days of our HVAC company ignoring our calls, I called First Choice Heating & Air and it was a refreshing experience. One phone call was all it took—they were accommodating, sent a technician out the same afternoon, and resolved our heating issue promptly. The staff was courteous, informative, and truly professional from start to finish. Excellent service all around.

Zach came out for a service call in January after our concern over the noise from our heat pump. He took his time to look everything over and to let us know what was normal to be hearing and what we needed to replace soon. He also gave us options for a warranty which we did take for the system. He was awesome at explaining everything and very personable. Didn’t make me feel pressured into anything. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very happy with his visit and will request him every time now. Thank you Zach for taking care of us today!

We've just move into our new place (during an unusually cold weather pattern) and were having problems with the thermostat. Contacted First Choice and were told that a tech would be out within a certain time frame. True to their word, John M arrived as expected. He was professional, courteous, friendly and patient answering my questions as he worked. He got our problem straightened out rather quickly and did a thorough inspection of the entire system. I now have a much better feel for the state of function of our HVAC system and what we need to be aware of going forward. I highly recommend First Choice for your HVAC needs.

My technician, Josh explained everything to me and showed me what needed to be done and the problems I have with my current system. So, instead of fixing a system and throwing good money after bad I decided to get a top of the line variable speed 5 ton totally new HVAC system. Zach and the other techs were excellent. I couldn't be happier.
