I found First Choice online and after reading several reviews I decided to give them a shot. I’m so glad I did, I was able to get an appointment the same day. From schedule the appointment, the service and the price. I think I found my new HVAC service company!

My HVAC system was 16 years old and I was worried that it would break at the worst possible time. I had seen First Choice Heating & Air at Costco. I request a quote and the owner Mr. Kevin Goude personally came out and matched a system for my house and my needs. The day of the installation, I was sent a text with photo and profile of the technicians that would be installing my unit. This is such a great idea. The technicians were polite, quick and cleaned up afterwards.Since the thermostats today are a little more high tech than they use to be, Mr. Frankie Goude and Mr. Makaya Weber showed me how to setup and use the thermostat. Overall I am happy with the product and the service. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you First Choice Heating & Air.
