First Choice Tree Care Inc

Recently we had First Choice trim a large Maple and remove a large Red Oak next to our house. They were very careful not to disturb our house or flower beds in the process. The work was done efficiently and cleanup was thorough. We have used them for about 15 years for a variety of tree care needs and they have always given us quality work and fair and competitive prices.

Arborists were friendly and hardworking. When they were nearing the end of the trimming project, one came to the door and asked me to have a look at what they did. I suggested a couple additional cuts which they completed before they left. 100% satisfied.

We have done business with First Choice for years. They are prompt, professional and thorough. After the terrible wind storm of summer 2019, they came and removed trees that were a threat to our home, deck, and fence. Later, they took care of down trees that were not an imminent problem. I was so grateful for the help they provided when I really needed them. Two years ago, we had an oak die in the front yard. They diagnosed it with oak wilt. After discussing options, I hired them to treat the trees around it to prevent spread of disease. So far, so good. Later that winter , when it was safe to remove the dead tree, they took it down and removed the wood. These are trained and skilled arborists. My trees are valuable to me and I trust First Choice with their care.

After accepting their estimate in early October, the arborist called to schedule service the day before they wanted to do the work in mid-November. When I explained that I was unavailable that day he sounded surprised that I would want to be present when the crew came to do work at my home, and attempted to convince me I didn't need to be there. When I explained that I wanted to be there in case there were any issues and/or questions he agreed to reschedule at a later date, and that it should be within 4-5 weeks. After not hearing anything more seven weeks later I called back and left a message asking when the service would be rescheduled. Two weeks later I received a call from a different scheduler asking to schedule the service the following week, which I agreed. Then the morning of the
