First Choice Water damage Restorations

I was not a customer, so I can't speak to their quality of work. What I can comment on is a poor experience I had with them that speaks to their character as an organization. I was driving on the highway behind one of their "Super 16 - Stoneslinger" dump trucks when a golf ball size rock flew out of the back and broke my windshield. I wasn't able to stop the driver due to morning traffic. I called their main office and politely explained what had happened, asking if they would be willing to help me pay for a new windshield. I was asked to hold for a moment and immediately heard a dial tone. I tried calling back numerous times but couldn't get anyone to answer. WARNING UNSAFE DRIVERS I am not a customer of theirs, I cannot speak for the type of job they do but I will assume it’s subpar at best based on the quality of drivers they allow to represent their business. At the merge section of cliff road where the two lanes go down to one while I was merging over from the right lane one of their company trucks sped up while in left lane and came less than a foot from clipping my sedan in order to get in front of me. This is not an ok behavior for any driver, let alone a driver in a commercial vehicle. I would not trust this company to do work in my home, if they are willing to hire unsafe drivers they obviously do not care about their company’s reputation or quality.
