Came out late to check why my heater wasn’t working and very quickly discovered the issue. The gas had been turned off when I had a gas leak during the summer and it was never turned back on. He turned the gas on and checked to make sure everything was working properly. Super nice and honest. I highly recommend him.

I own an office space that I lease to tenants. I called Dale when the quote I received from the original installer seemed very high. Not only did the whole unit NOT need to be replaced, Dale informed me it was still under warranty. He worked around the tenants schedule and had the problem fixed in 3 days. Savings: $9,235. He’s honest. He knows his stuff. I.trust.him. …and I wish he was also a plumber….😜

I was quoted at 18k by Willard heating and air. Called First class they showed up gave me an estimate for 8K came back next day changed out the full unit within 4 hours. Great communication great price ,very professional. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. I will definitely call them again if I have any HVAC needs.
